Helene Kapp

b. 1960

Helene Kapp grew up on a farm in the Magaliesberg. Entirely self-taught, her paintings portray the beauty and splendour of South Africa. Recently inspired by the African bush, she now concentrates on painting the Big 5 and other South African wildlife.

Her paintings can be found in private collections and in countries such as the UK, Finland, USA and South Africa.

In 1999 she was admitted to the African Wildlife Heritage Collection. She also received an award as Photographer of the Year in Mpumalanga in 2000.
