Christopher Tugwell is one of South Africa’s most well-known landscape artists.

His distinctive, impressionistic style reflects the poetry of South Africa’s natural veldt terrain. His works are often subtle and delicate, capturing South Africa’s rugged beauty.

His work is much sought-after by both local and overseas collectors.
Tugwell often creates images of landscapes filled as much with sky as land.

Christopher was largely a self-taught talent. His works are well known in South Africa and abroad, and he has exhibited regularly in many centres.
